    The Northern Indiana Event Center Pavillion is conveniently located near Exit 96 (Elkhart East exit) of the Indiana Toll Road (I-80/90) on County Road 17.

    The Event Center is on the same campus as the Manufactured Housing/Recreational Vehicle (MH/RV) Hall of Fame and Museum.

    Over 22,000 square feet of indoor market for Amateur Radio, Hobby Electronics, Computer Equipment, and more. 125 tables of retail, wholesale, and consumer vendors. Indoor tables are $15 each. Electricity is available (you must provide your own extension cords).

    The H.E.R.O. group will sponsor a Tailgate-Hamfest on Saturday, August 8th.
    • Location: Avon Methodist Church, located at 6850 East Hwy 36, Avon IN
    • Hours will be 9am to 1pm, with setup from 8am to 9am
    • Tickets: $5 at the gate ¨ No set-up fee ¨ Free parking
    • Children under 16, and youth that are FCC licensed under 18 get free admission
    • DOOR PRIZES WILL BE GIVEN AWAY DURING THE EVENT
    • Food and drinks will be available across the street at McDonalds

    Masks are optional as of this date, but local pandemic rules at day of event, apply.

    Schedule of events:
    Friday before: Setup tables and chairs and early vendor setup 6:00 pm to 10:00pm

    Day of event: Open for vendors at 6:00 am. Open to attendees at 8:00 am.

    Hourly prize awards. Closes at 2:00 pm. Cleanup finished by 4:00 pm.
    Admittance: $5.00, Children under 12 - Free Admission.

    The Hoosier Hills (Bedford) Hamfest is the first Saturday in October at the Lawrence County 4H Fairgrounds, just off of US-50, west of SR-37.

    Talk-in is on the 146.730 (107.2PL) Repeater in Bedford.
    Admission: Admission for everyone 12 years and older is five dollars ($5), children under 12 are FREE with a paid adult.

    The Fort Wayne Hamfest Committee is currently planning on hosting the 2021 Hamfest.

    Fort Wayne Hamfest is the largest, totally indoor ham radio convention in the Midwest, with over 73,000 square feet of vendor space and 3 conference rooms for forums. It will be held on November 13th and 14th 2021 at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum and Exposition Center, located at 4000 Parnell Avenue in Fort Wayne, IN.
